1) Run Android
2) Run AIDE
3) Synchronize DropBox Folder
4) Create New Project
5) Check Project Folder
6) Using Sublime Editor On PC
7) Open your AIDE Project and run it
8) Try your AIDE Project on real device
0) PREPARATION
0.1) Android 4 Tablet on VirtualBox (ova)
0.2) AIDE 3 Installed (APK)
0.4) Create DropBox folder “AndroidBasics”
1) Run Android
2) Run AIDE
2.1) Choose Expert Mode.
2.2) Click the Menu Button (3-Dots Button) to display File Explorer Panel.
3) Synchronize DropBox Folder
3.1) Browse to root path
ie /storage/emulated/0 .
3.2) Find the Dropbox Download icon
ie the item “Download Dropbox Folder here…”.
3.3) Click the Dropbox Download icon
3.4) Synchronization done.
4) Create New Project
4.1) Click the item “Create new Project here…”.
4.2) Select Android Project Type.
Accept default settings.
5) Check Project Folder
5.1) In AIDE
5.2) In DropBox Website
5.3) In your PC
6) Using Sublime Editor On PC
6.1) Run Sublime Editor
6.2) Add Folder To Your Project
6.3) Open Manifest File
Click AndroidManifest.xml
7) Open your AIDE Project and run it
7.1) Click the item “Open this Android App Project” (if your project has not been opened yet)
7.2) Run
7.3) Wait for compilation
7.4) Install the project Apk
7.5) Open your App.
8) Try your AIDE Project on real device
8.1) Install AIDE to your device
8.2) Run AIDE and synchronize it your DropBox Folder (AndroidBasics)
8.3) Open MyApp project and run it.
You should get the same output.
